ResourcesFree is a licensed energy broker. We help homeowners compare electricity and natural gas plans from suppliers serving their area. We are not a utility or a retail energy supplier, and we do not generate, transmit, or deliver energy.

Information on the Site — including rates, savings estimates, and plan details — is provided for general informational purposes only. Rates and availability change frequently and may not reflect current offers in your area. You should review the actual terms, pricing, and contract details of any plan directly with the supplier before enrolling. We make no guarantee that any plan or rate shown will result in savings for you.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including ZIP codes or contact details
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site or gain unauthorized access to any system
• Scrape, copy, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission

When you submit a request through the Site, we share it with suppliers and their authorized partners so they can present available plans. Any enrollment you complete is a contract between you and the supplier — not with ResourcesFree. We receive a referral fee from suppliers when you enroll, at no cost to you. Supplier plans are subject to the supplier's own terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, and approval.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResourcesFree and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, savings, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Site or any plan you enroll in through the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of ResourcesFree or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ResourcesFree maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
